How I work
The work is prioritized based on what you have, what you need, and what can get you results quickly - all the while building the machine that drives growth.
The work is done in three-month blocks.
Why three months?
Because one is not enough and forever doesn’t make sense.
One month is not enough to make a difference, and you shouldn’t have to commit to an indefinite monthly retainer with no end in sight.
Three months is strategic. It is enough time to fix issues, to start building the machine that ranks and gets noticed, and to get data that guides what needs to be done next.
After three months, we evaluate and game plan the next steps. That could be to wait, to continue for another three months, or to be done for now.
Note.
Working in three-month blocks does not mean your website will be at the top in three months. How well you rank and how fast depend on many factors. But this is the work your website needs in order to rank.
You receive a monthly report covering the work completed, findings, performance data, and the priorities for the next month. Anything significant that comes up before then, such as a development, a question, or a decision that needs you, is sent to you by email as it arises.

What is included?
The work your website needs, done in order of priority. That can include fixing technical problems, improving how your website is structured and how its pages link to each other, improving existing pages, combining pages that cover the same topic, creating new pages, and making your business information clear so AI tools describe it correctly.
What determines the monthly cost?
Most engagements are $3,000 per month. The cost can be higher for larger, more complex websites, or when you want to move more aggressively.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Nobody can guarantee rankings or a mention in AI answers, because Google and AI tools decide what they show. What you get is the work your website needs in order to rank.
How quickly will I see results?
It depends on where your website is starting from and how competitive your niche is. In general, you can start to see results within three to six months. SEO results compound over time.
What happens after three months?
We review how far we have come, and determine whether more work is needed. That could mean continuing for another three months, allowing time for the changes to take effect, or ending the work for now. There is no automatic renewal.
